Floral Grace is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read through our shipping terms before placing your order. Floral Grace currently ships only within the United States.

Processing & Delivery

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST or over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $85.00 — $9.90 flat rate
  • Orders $85.01 and above — Free shipping

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate — $14.95

Carriers

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link and number by email within 2–4 business days. If your tracking isn't updating or appears inactive, contact us at info@floralgrace.shop, and we'll look into it right away.

Return Shipping

We've made returns as easy as possible. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email at no cost to you. Simply print, attach, and drop off your package.

Duties & Taxes

Floral Grace is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have any concerns.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, contact us immediately at info@floralgrace.shop with photos of the issue. Floral Grace takes full responsibility for making it right — through a return, replacement, or exchange.
