Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@floralgrace.shop. We'll do our best to make changes before your order is processed, but we can't guarantee it once fulfillment has begun.

I received a confirmation email — is my order confirmed?
A confirmation email means we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We'll notify you if anything changes.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 6–9 business days. Express shipping takes 2–5 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.90 for orders under $85.00. Orders $85.01 and above ship free. Express shipping is a flat rate of $14.95.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.

What is the daily cut-off time?
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after or on weekends begin processing the next working day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 2–4 business days. For tracking issues, email us at info@floralgrace.shop.

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Visit the return centre to request a return. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available in-store only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. Floral Grace does not charge any restocking fees.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Can I get a refund on a discount or promo code?
No. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be refunded if not applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
