21-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Visit our Return Centre to initiate a return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label directly to your email at no cost to you. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, visit our return centre within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available in-store only, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
No Restocking Fees
Floral Grace does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds if not applied at checkout. They cannot be added after an order is placed.
